Women's Law Caucus clothing drive

The Women’s Law Caucus is currently holding its 2nd annual Spring Cleaning Clothing Drive for the People’s Resource Center in Wheaton. This is a nonprofit organization that has a homeless shelter as well as a clothing closet (store) for low income families. Basically, we are gathering clothes, shoes handbags and other accessories for them to display in their store. But this store does not accept actual money, it only accepts points. Each family is given a certain amount of points per month and they are then allowed to come in and shop for whatever clothing that they need or want. We would ask that a majority of the donations are seasonally appropriate due to the fact that they do not have the storage space to hold many things until next winter. This event is going on now until Friday, March 26. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Angie Siener at
