U.N. Chief Ethics Officer to Speak at NIU Law on Tuesday, October 6th

Ms. Joan Dubinsky, the Chief Ethics Officer for the United Nations, will be speaking at Professor Morse Tan’s Public International Law class this Tuesday, October 6, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. in Room 173. As the Chief Ethics Officer, Ms. Dubinsky reports directly to the U.N. Secretary General and chairs the Ethics Panel of the United Nations. Prior to her U.N. position, Ms. Dubinsky served as Chief Ethics Officer for the International Monetary Fund and as Associate Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer for the American Red Cross. She is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School. All members of the law school community are invited to attend.
