Upcoming Events in January and February from the Federalist Society



The Federalist Society has two events coming up in the next few weeks. The first is on Tuesday, January 24th at 12 p.m. in Room 188, and it is a discussion with Professor Richard Duncan from Nebraska College of Law and Professor Morse Tan from NIU Law. The topic for that one is "Federalism and the Tenth Amendment: The American Defense to Liberty."

The second event is on Thursday, February 2 at 12 p.m. in Room 188, and is a presentation by Professor Michael Paulsen from University of St. Thomas School of Law. The topic is "The Constitutional Power of Lower Court Judges to Disregard Supreme Court Precedent."

All are welcome at both events.
